Start with the exact item
Where possible, send a product link from the US retailer. Add the product name and your preferred size, color, and quantity. If you are sharing a screenshot, include any information that is not visible in the image.
Separate preferences from essentials
Tell us which details are essential and whether you would consider alternatives. For example: “Black, size medium, two pieces. Please check with me before choosing another color.”
Share your budget and destination
Include your approximate budget and your delivery city in Ghana. If your budget needs to cover the entire order, say so. Ask for clarity on the product cost, service fee, shipping, and any other applicable charges before approving a purchase.
Mention the date you have in mind
If the order is for a birthday, family occasion, or business launch, include the date in your request. A requested date is not a confirmed delivery commitment; discuss feasibility when reviewing your quote.
