Information you choose to share
The quote form asks for your name, email address, WhatsApp number, order type, shopping list, delivery city, and optional budget and desired date. Please do not send card details, passwords, or identity documents through the form.
Why we use it
We use inquiry information to understand your request, prepare or discuss a quote, contact you, and coordinate the service you request. Submitting a quote request does not subscribe you to a marketing list.
How the form works
Quote requests are sent to our configured business email account. The form does not create a customer account or save your shopping list in a website database. Correspondence remains in the email or messaging services used to communicate with you.
Website security and cookies
The quote form uses a session cookie and a security token to protect submissions. Limited technical information, including an IP-derived identifier, may be used to limit repeated submissions. The website does not include advertising trackers or analytics scripts.
Email, hosting, and WhatsApp
Our hosting and email providers process technical information and messages as part of operating those services. WhatsApp links take you to a separate service. Information you send there is also handled under that service’s own terms and privacy notice.
