Before approving your shopping request, make sure you understand what you are paying for and which details still need confirmation. Here is our suggested checklist.
Check the products first
Review the retailer, product, size, color, and quantity. Ask whether the quoted price is still available and whether the quote has an expiry date.
Review each charge
Ask for the product cost and personal shopping fee to be shown clearly. Confirm whether shipping, taxes, customs-related charges, or local delivery are included, excluded, or awaiting confirmation. Do not assume an item price is the final delivered total.
Confirm the delivery plan
Review the destination, proposed delivery or collection arrangement, and estimated timing. If timing is important, ask which parts of the journey are confirmed and which remain estimates.
Agree on changes before they happen
Discuss what should happen if an item becomes unavailable or its price changes. Let us know whether you would like to consider alternatives or prefer to pause that part of the order.
Keep your order details together
Keep the agreed quote and relevant messages for reference. Before paying, ask about cancellation and return arrangements for your particular order.
